In the Senate in recent decades, the filibuster has morphed … into a silent but lethal tool that lets any one senator raise the threshold for passing bills from a simple majority (where the framers set it) to a supermajority of 60 votes.”
Republicans are FURIOUS over the 2020 elections. So they are going to do everything in their power to deny Biden -- and Democrats -- the supermajority they need to enact their legislative agenda.
The lengths that the GOP will go to reject the will of the people are deeply upsetting.
