Patriots,

The 102nd General Assembly is in session, and if you need a hint as to what we’re up against this year, the first bill introduced is a gun bill that we will be monitoring as it moves through the process. You can follow these bills on our website.

ISRA is the ONLY gun-rights organization based in Illinois with lobbyists in Springfield. Indeed, our lobbyists are there whenever there's action, testifying in committee, meeting with your legislators, and working in partnership with the NRA lobbyist.

Your financial support is what makes this possible. Please click here to make a donation to support ISRA PVF today.

In the next few weeks, we will see thousands of bills filed in the General Assembly.  We will be tracking every bill that effects firearm owners.  There were 12,557 bills and resolutions introduced (yes, you read that correctly) in the 101st General Assembly, and the ISRA lobbying team reads each and every bill and resolution to assess their impact on your rights.

We need your help now more than ever. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we are unsure how much access our lobbyists and witnesses will have. This does not mean the ISRA will stop working for you.  Once we get a clear idea of what is happening, we will contact you regarding what you can do.  Of course, you can still contact your legislators by phone, fax, email or in their district offices.
