John,
Last year, the New York Times Magazine launched the “1619 Project,” to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the arrival of the first black slaves in Virginia and “reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black America at the very center of [the United States’] national narrative.”

The real purpose of the 1619 Project is to cast America as racist at its core. And to discredit America’s founding and the brilliance of the Founding Fathers’ vision in the eyes of black Americans because everything that makes America what it is today grew out of slavery.

At this year’s New York Times shareholder meeting, Project 21 leaders chastised the newspaper for some of the 1619 Project’s most incendiary claims, such as its claim that the American revolution was fought to preserve slavery. There’s absolutely no basis for this claim.

The Times editor was forced to concede the point and the paper had to retract portions of the 1619 Project.

In conceding the point, Sulzberger said that the real purpose of the 1619 Project was to encourage debate and discussion rather than uncover historical truth. Then, just two months ago, the author herself suddenly recanted her own thesis, saying, “The 1619 Project does not argue that 1619 is our true founding.”

Project 21 took on this toxic leftist narrative – and won.
Project 21 is the liberty movement’s only public relations agency for black conservatives and libertarians that has already created over 40,000 media opportunities. No one in the conservative movement matches our efforts to expand the conservative base by reaching out to black communities through our Project 21 program.

We’ve never been closer to a major ideological realignment of minority populations than we are right now. We MUST do everything in our power to make it happen.

John, may I count on your support at this crucial time as we engage the battles ahead in 2021? I ask you to use this opportunity to make a tax-deductible contribution today.

As you have seen, we are facing a more radicalized, more motivated left-wing than ever before. To save freedom in America, we have to keep confronting them!

Please take this important opportunity to help the National Center for Public Policy Research achieve even bigger success in 2021.

I thank you so much for standing with me and the National Center for Public Policy Research.
