Announcing the 2nd Annual "Valentines for Veterans" Program 

Dear Friends,

After last year’s successful launch, we will be holding the 15th District of Texas’ second annual “Valentines for Vets” program to collect and distribute Valentine’s Day cards to local veterans. This year, “Valentines for Vets” will also include “Valentines for Frontline Workers” to show our gratitude for those selflessly serving our community during the pandemic.

Constituents of all ages are encouraged to participate by dropping off or mailing cards to Congressman Gonzalez’s McAllen office at 1305 W. Hackberry Ave. McAllen, TX 78501. The deadline for submissions is Monday, February 8, 2021.

These brave men and women are owed the greatest amount of respect and admiration for their sacrifice to our country. This Valentine’s Day, I hope the 15th District will join me in honoring our troops and frontline workers with a small token of appreciation. A heartfelt card or handwritten note is a small but meaningful way to give back to those who have given so much for our country. The cards will be distributed to veterans and frontline workers throughout the 15th District of Texas.
