After Fox News called the election for Joe Biden, they then questioned the veracity of the results on-air over 700 times.
Some politicians are getting banned from social media. Some right-wing apps are getting taken down. But the elephant in the room (or, more accurately, the perpetual propaganda machine you're probably only watching because it's on in a waiting room) is still around.
And that's a problem. Fox News has got to go.
Or they need to change! Embrace being real news, refuse to undermine our democracy just to score ratings and political favor, and start helping the American people -- not hurting us.
We'd like to take a good, hard look at the laws that protect powerful interests from telling lies they KNOW to be lies just to divide and conquer our friends and neighbors. We'd like to stop Fox where we can, challenge them on messaging every day, and make sure the FACTS are getting heard in even measure with the fiction.
But we're low on dough. Donations have dried up.
And that propaganda machine is squawking away in waiting rooms all across the country.
