BREAKING NEWS: Ohio Sen. Rob Portman announced today that he will not run for re-election.

That means Ohio is in play for 2022 and some pundits have even started shifting their race ratings. The fight to elect a pro-worker Democrat to fill this open senate seat begins right now.

Right now, the Senate is tied 50-50 with Vice President Kamala Harris providing a tie-breaking vote.
