After just his first week in office, President Joe Biden is already reversing course on several executive orders and is likely to pass more globalist policies in the future. If you are worried about the state of the country then you are not alone.
However, The John Birch Society has the information and tools necessary to reinvigorate members and patriots to move forward and save our Republic. Currently, the simplest solution is the Constitution and holding our elected officials accountable to it.
As many already know, the United States of America is a Constitutional Republic consisting of the federal government and the state governments. The federal government operates under the specific powers delegated to it by the United States Constitution, while each of the state governments operates under a state constitution.
The Constitution was intended to secure our God-given rights and nowhere does it authorize it to make any law it chooses. Specifically, the Tenth Amendment says, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the PEOPLE.”
Tragically, much of the legislation that Congress passes is unconstitutional because the abuse of authority has made us lose sight of basic principles. That is why the Constitution is the key to winning back and restoring our Republic.
