Friend,

We’ve been hustling these past several weeks to pull together a diverse,
information packed agenda for this weekend’s [ [link removed]- ]Virtual Progressive
Summit. Today, we’re proud to announce our schedule of events for this
Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 30th and 31st, and our SECOND keynote speaker,
political strategist, Emmy Ruiz!

Emmy Ruiz currently serves as White House Director of Political Strategy &
Outreach for the Biden administration. She is a former campaign aide to
Vice President-Elect Kamala D. Harris, Secretary Hillary Clinton,
President Barack Obama, and Democratic Chairman Tom Perez. She is a
co-founder and partner of NEWCO Strategies, a minority-majority political
firm. We’re so thrilled to welcome her to the Summit this weekend!

[ [link removed]- ]You can still register for the Summit or apply for a scholarship if you
are unable to cover the cost - we won’t turn anyone away. However, you
must register or apply online BY WEDNESDAY, January 27th to secure your
spot! We’d hate for you to miss this weekend’s program, so get those
ticket and scholarship requests in today - don’t wait!

See you this weekend,

Will Pregman
Communications Director

P.S. Following this weekend’s Summit, we will be launching a new weekly
livestream series called Progressive University. PU will cover a new topic
every week with virtual panels and workshops similar to what you might
expect from the regular Progressive Summit, spread out over the next
several weeks. The first PU event will be Wednesday, February 3rd at
5:00PM on the topic of Public Lands and Energy. Stay tuned for more
details!
