Hi John,

Yesterday, the Maine Democratic State Committee today elected me to serve as Chair alongside newly elected Vice Chair, Bev Uhlenhake.

I am honored and humbled in the trust placed in me to lead the Maine Dems. Together, we're going to work hard to elect Democrats up and down the ballot, all across the state and build a better, more just Maine. I also want to thank outgoing Chair Kathleen Marra and Vice Chair Erik Gundersen for their extraordinary work leading the party these last two years.

The pandemic has shown us that the work Maine Democrats do matters now more than ever before. With passionate, capable Democrats leading our state, we’ve seen what can be accomplished to keep people safe. But we also know this virus has only increased the urgency in addressing economic inequality, health care and education disparities, and the devastating impact of the climate crisis.

We need to keep Democrats at the helm and build a better, more just future for all. We have a lot of work ahead, and it will take all of us to achieve our goals. Will you donate $20.22 to help us build the infrastructure to elect Democrats this year, next year, and beyond?
