Please join us for the 2021 Officer Elections & Happy Hour
Hello Dallas County Young Republicans!

Please join us tomorrow, January 26th at 6:30 PM at Ozona Grill & Bar located at 4615 Greenville Avenue as Dallas County Young Republicans kick off 2021 with our officer elections and a happy hour social! We have reserved the “Garage Room” and will be providing food and drinks. We want to get 2021 started off right and to build enthusiasm for the important work ahead of us this year! This event will be a great way to meet your fellow Dallas YR members and enjoy a relaxed, casual environment to socialize. We have not done a Dallas YR happy hour in a while, so we are excited to get everyone together here at the beginning of the year.

We will also be holding officer elections! The current candidates for officer positions for Dallas YR are listed below:
President - Chad Cohen
Director of Programming - Roger Shafer
Director of Membership - William Mercer
Treasurer - Charlie Kolean
Director of Community Service - Sarah Schoonover
Direct of Social Activities - Kathryn Dalke
Director of Communications - Meredith Allen
Secretary - Houstoun Waring

Elections generally do not take very long, so this event will mostly be a purely social happy hour event. We had an incredible year in 2020 as an organization in terms of both membership growth and membership engagement. My goal is to make 2021 the best year this organization has ever had. Now, more than ever, I am proud to be a Republican in Dallas County, and I’m looking forward to continuing the important work in front of us together.
