** Member Spotlight!

Evi Kokalari is the CEO and Founder of Golden Key Realty Group, a company she started a few years ago, with a focus on multi-family properties, shopping centers, office buildings and development sites. Evi has almost two decades of experience in new development, closely collaborating with developers in the planning, marketing, and sales of new residential buildings throughout the city. She is very familiar with all the phases of development since she served as the controller for a large construction company focusing on DEP, Port Authority, MTA and SCA projects. Evi is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and ICSC. She is also a member of REBNY’s Queens, Brooklyn and Midtown Commercial Committee.

Besides real estate, Evi is also an active member of the political world, and is a prominent political strategist who has expressed why freedom of speech and democratic values are critically important. Having grown up in Albania, Evi knows firsthand the plights of what it means to live in an oppressive communist regime. She has written numerous op-eds on election integrity, and is the founder of Immigrants for Trump, a group promoting those who have legally become American citizens and believe in the President’s policies that protect our borders. More recently, Evi was the founder of a virtual inauguration for President Trump’s second term. Unfortunately, due to political censorship and big tech bias, the event which had over 300,000 RSVPs was shut down by Facebook’s platform. Evi has become outspoken on the topic of what it means to be truly free and will continue to support President Trump’s administration and message.


** New Club Logo
------------------------------------------------------------

The Board of Governors of the New York Young Republican Club recently approved a redesign of our Club’s logo.

Communications Chairman Angel D. Quiroz designed the new logo. The new logo’s design was largely based on our original logo from 1911, just with a modern facelift.

You can see below the original logo from 1911 and the new logo for 2021.

** New Telegram Channel
------------------------------------------------------------

The New York Young Republican Club recently started a new Telegram Channel.

Telegram is a social media app and chat service.

We are exploring different technology platforms to be active on as an insurance policy to Big Tech's growing censorship of conservative voices.

The Telegram Channel largely serves as a bulletin board for Club announcements and events.
