[1]Bowman for Congress
John, we need
your help.
Based on early 2020 Census numbers, it looks like New York could lose
either one or two of its representatives.
As lawyers, leaders, and lawmakers discuss how to redistrict the area, we
need to be ready for whatever outcome comes our way — including a
potential fight to keep Jamaal in Congress. That's why it's important to
make sure our fundraising continues to be as strong as possible.

can you make a $3 donation
right now to help us keep Jamaal's seat secure and fight back against any
efforts to remove him from Congress?

Since 70% of the House seats in New York are held by Democrats, losing
seats or having our district split looks likely. This means we could face
some serious challengers in a potential primary election — especially
since Jamaal is a first-term Congressman.
The fact that we have to be concerned over something like this is
further proof of Donald Trump's destructive impact. The Trump
administration made every attempt to sabotage the Census and unfairly
undercut communities that are largely Black and brown like ours, all to
gain more power in Washington — and they're likely to succeed.
No matter how you look at it, our people-powered movement continues to be
the strongest defense against these deplorable efforts. If we want to make
sure Jamaal can stay in Congress, we're going to need your
help, John.
[ [link removed] ]We may not have a lot of time to fundraise once the redistricting maps
are finalized and released. That's why we need you to make a
$3 contribution today to stand in support with Jamaal
Bowman and help us stay prepared for any and all challenges that come our
way.
Thank you for your support,
Team Bowman
