Groups with names like the Proud Boys, the Oath Keepers, and the Boogaloo Boys hinted at planning on how best to use the weeks after Biden's inauguration.
Would it be the right time for an attack? Or a recruiting drive? A social media push?
The vast majority of Americans aren't plotting, scheming, or sowing insurrection. Most of us are celebrating the historic dynamic duo that a people's movement sent to the White House.
But it leaves a bad taste in the mouth that these groups have so much power now. So much press. So much pride -- in their despicable, destructive, fascist ideology.
They fight their battles dressed like wolves, threatening violence and ruling with fear. We fight our battles with words and ideas and with hope.
But we'll be damned if money doesn't help, too.
