URGENT ACTION NEEDED!
Washington, DC health freedom advocates, the city council is considering passing B23-0171, the Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act of 2019.
If this bill passes, children OF ANY AGE will be allowed to consent to receiving vaccines with no parental input or guidance in making such monumentally important health care decisions. Obviously, this would constitute an outrageous and dangerous public health policy. While a growing number of adults are becoming more aware of the real risks to human health posed by vaccines, children have no way of knowing or of understanding these risks.
Each council member needs to hear from concerned citizens with phone calls and emails TODAY and EVERY DAY until the bill is brought up for a vote. While Children’s Health Defense (CHD) doesn't know exactly when this will be, we’ve heard that it is likely to happen during the first week of October. Contact info for each council member is below:

Here are some talking points:
- Vaccine injury is not rare with payouts from the government to families of the injured and killed at over $4 billion and growing;
- As children cannot comprehend the real risks of vaccination, allowing them to make decisions regarding vaccines would be a mockery of the Nuremberg Code;
- Children are prone to impulsive decisions and often lack the ability to consider the consequences of their actions;
- Circumventing parents in making health care decisions for their children is unconstitutional;
- Legislation such as this is grossly overreaching and draconian;
- A number of industries have been criticized for using marketing tactics or supporting legislation that preys on the vulnerability of minors;
- This bill not only strips parents of their parental rights to make medical decisions on behalf of their children, but it may also deprive them of the opportunity to recognize a serious reaction and get appropriate care.
B23-0171, the Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act of 2019, is an incomprehensibly dangerous bill. Calls and emails to each council member by you, your friends and family will help to educate City Council that this attempt to bypass all parental input in their children’s medical care is a gross overreach by the government and dangerous to children most vulnerable to these medical procedures.
