Hi John,
Wow. We are humbled by the amazing energy our movement brought to the steps of the Capitol and across the country. Yesterday, hundreds of activists showed up to DC to call for an end to the gun violence crisis and even more added their voices from afar sharing their #EndGunViolence stories on social media.
Now that we have the attention of our Members of Congress, we need to double down on our efforts. Can you please rush a donation of $25 to support our work?

Activist Pam Bosely lost her son to gun violence and was in DC yesterday. "We want [Congress] to do their job and pass some gun bills, and stop making excuses,” she said. “Because that's all we see and hear is excuses, excuses, excuses. I want them to fight hard, like we fight in our community, for us to live because we all deserve to have our constitutional right to live and we all deserve to have our pursuit of happiness."
At the Alliance, we’re committed to fighting as hard as we can for change. We know it is not enough to speak out on gun violence one day a year. We need to keep the pressure up - day in and day out - for us to bring about real change. And that work would simply not be possible without financial support.
Thank you for supporting gun violence prevention. Thank you for standing in solidarity with us yesterday. And thank you for making a financial gift today.
With appreciation,
Dylan O’Connor, Policy and Coalition Coordinator
