In case you haven't heard, my name is Liz Walters, and I'm the new chair of the Ohio Democratic Party. It's nice to meet you! I wanted to reach out today and introduce myself.

Like many of you, I got into the work of electing Democrats because I've seen up close the impact that policy has on Ohio families. My family has experienced firsthand the financial hardships of unaffordable health care -- a struggle that far too many Ohioans know all too well.

But with the election of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, I feel a renewed sense of hope and a renewed sense of urgency.

I'm ready to join President Biden and Vice President Harris in the fight to improve the lives of countless folks across the Buckeye State and the nation as a whole. I'm committed to building a better, stronger Ohio Democratic Party. I'm ready to build back better -- are you ready to join me?

The Ohio Democratic Party is the sole organization dedicated to organizing year-round in the Buckeye State, and we can't do this essential work without grassroots supporters like you.
