As one of his first acts in office, President Biden has unilaterally decided to kill the Keystone XL pipeline – and with it thousands of jobs – during one of the worst unemployment crises in history.
Canceling the Keystone pipeline is a major disaster for our country. It will:
- eliminate thousands of jobs
- cost us billions of dollars
- put our Canadian allies in a difficult position and
- raise gas prices
As a representative of Oklahoma, I will always work to strengthen one of our state’s leading industries while embracing innovations to make it better.
