MINNESOTA REFORMER: Gazelka threatens MPCA Commissioner Bishop over proposed clean-cars rule

It’s a new year, but MN GOP Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka is back up to his same old petty political games.

Earlier this month, he refused to categorically reject Donald Trump’s election lies. Now, he is threatening to fire another commissioner in an attempt to stop the Governor’s clean cars initiative.

MN Pollution Control Agency Commissioner Bishop has done an incredible job moving Minnesota toward a more sustainable future. Gazelka’s threat is nothing more than a politically-motivated act of vengeance a la Donald Trump.

Minnesotans are sick and tired of the political games. It’s time to end Trumpism once and for all and start a new, brighter chapter for our state.

We’re expanding our campaign efforts early to fight back against these attacks. To keep the lights on, we need to raise $25,000 by January 31.
