Even before Kamala Harris ran for vice president, she was already subject to racist attacks from the GOP. Republicans repeatedly mocked her name and her heritage -- but you could say she's taking the high road.

“I will have my hand on the Bible, thinking of my mother as I take the oath to be vice president of the United States,” said Harris in an interview with Univision before the inauguration, according to the Washington Post.

We made history when we elected the first Asian and Black vice president, and history will be made once again as Harris leads the new administration together with Joe Biden.

But even as vice president, the racist attacks on Kamala Harris won't stop. Let us know:
