Yesterday marked a SOLEMN DAY for our nation – the dark anniversary of Roe v. Wade – when the Supreme Court manufactured a “right” to abortion out of whole cloth.
48 years and 62 million babies who have paid the ultimate price later, we continue to mourn. But we also redouble our efforts to defend life. As President Biden prepares to expand direct taxpayer funding for abortion internationally it is clear that the ACLJ is needed now more than ever. We are the last line of defense in court.
In one of our cases, a California jury awarded Planned Parenthood millions of dollars, and a federal court has just ordered that the pro-life advocates pay Planned Parenthood’s attorneys’ fees and costs in excess of $13 million.
We just filed our notice of appeal in our second appeal against this injustice. As we go head-to-head against Planned Parenthood in court – including at the Supreme Court – we need YOU.

We also just filed a critical brief detailing the new Supreme Court precedent challenging California’s singing ban in worship services. We said we would take the fight to end the shutdown of churches nationwide, and we’re doing just that.
