96 John,
Today marks 48 years since the Roe v. Wade decision -
a decision which sent our nation down a tragic path.
Since January
22, 1973, when abortion was legalized, more than 59 million innocent
unborn children have been killed. This number is both horrific and
heartbreaking.
Would you please join me in prayer today, as we grieve
for all of the precious children who were never given their chance at
life.
We’ve made tremendous strides in recent years to reduce the
number of abortions in our country, through education and pro-life
public policy. But unfortunately, the pro-abortion contingent is
determined to make taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand the law of the
land.
Again, please join me in prayer today for the more than 59
million lives lost to abortion and the women who have made these choices
since this terrible decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. And let’s renew
our resolve to restore respect for human dignity in Minnesota and across
America.
