While it’s been nearly 50 years since the Roe v. Wade decision established the legal right to abortion, we’ve long known that legality alone is not and was never enough. Systemic racism, economic insecurity, and immigration status multiply the already-massive barriers to abortion care. That’s why All* Above All recently expanded our work to build towards abortion justice.

It’s time to reimagine a future where each of us can live, work, and make decisions about our health with dignity and respect. President Biden must show BOLD leadership on abortion access; returning to the status quo is not enough. We’re calling on President Biden to enact our First 100 Days Agenda for Abortion Justice – a robust agenda that calls on Biden to lift abortion coverage bans, protect essential workers from deportation, raise the federal minimum wage, and make abortion care more accessible.
