Hi John,

Kamala Harris already made history as the first Black woman to be sworn in as vice president, but we could soon see her make history once again -- as the vice president with the most tie-breaking votes in the Senate.

Mike Pence cast the most tie-breaking votes of any vice president since 1873. These tie-breaking votes included confirming Betsy DeVos and allowing states to withhold federal funding for Planned Parenthood -- and as the Biden administration prepares to tackle everything from the pandemic to criminal justice reform, we can't think of a better time for Harris to break Pence's record.

But there's one thing that could hold Harris back -- the prospect of Republican opposition. The GOP won't hesitate to use Harris' votes as political ammo against her, and analysts predict that political challenge could hurt Harris' prospects up until 2024.

Joe Biden has said that he wants Harris to be “the last voice in the room” when it comes to making decisions, but double standards are already threatening that role. Today, we need to know where our supporters stand on the issue. Please, tell us now:

Should Kamala Harris only sparingly use her tie-breaking vote?[YES][NO] >> [link removed]
