President Biden's Executive Orders on Immigration

Dear Justice for Immigrants Friends and Supporters:

Joe Biden was sworn-in to office on January 20, 2021 and soon thereafter signed 17 Executive Actions including some reversing immigration policies and procedures enacted by the outgoing Administration. Here are the migration-related Executive Actions signed by President Biden:

Preserving and Fortifying Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

Executive Order Ensuring a Lawful and Accurate Enumeration and Apportionment Pursuant to Decennial Census

Reinstating Deferred Enforced Departure for Liberians

Proclamation on the Termination of Emergency With Respect to the Southern Border of the United States and Redirection of Funds Diverted to Border Wall Construction
