John, I hope you will take a few minutes right now to read my most recent blog on facing the new challenges of a new year.

Dear John,

It’s hard to believe, but the end to 2020 has come and gone, and it is well into the first month of the new year.

I know that many of us entered the new year filled with anticipation that maybe – just maybe – 2021 would not be as difficult.

But let’s be honest… so far, 2021 hasn’t felt very different. The COVID-19 pandemic is still impacting our daily lives. The country is still filled with unrest, injustice, and deep division. And the path forward still seems unclear.

For those of us committed to advocating for children in the womb, the new year also brings a reminder of the millions of children missing because of abortion. And with the inauguration of a new president and vice president this week, America’s national leadership has swung to a pro-abortion majority.

With everything we’re up against, you may be feeling discouraged, disappointed, and even overwhelmed. You may be feeling like throwing in the towel and throwing up your hands.

But John, now is not the time to give up. Now is the time to keep your eyes on the Lord. Now is the time to drive our commitment to this mission even deeper.

If you need some encouragement today on how to face the new challenges of a new year, read my most recent blog: www.humancoalition.org/new-year

Thank you for your continued partnership in the audacious mission to end abortion in America – no matter what challenges this year brings!

For Life,

Benjamin Watson
