My campaign manager Colleen lays it out clearly in the email below. Teddy Daniels kicked off his campaign in Lackawanna County and says he will work to flip it red. We need to shore up our base, which is why I’m asking folks for a $8 donation to go toward starting up our campaign earlier than ever before. I’m dropping my ActBlue link below if you can pitch in:

As you may know, Matt already has an opponent for the 2022 election — Teddy Daniels is returning to run again in 2022. So, I’m planning earlier than ever for our campaign.
I’ve been reviewing our election result map from last November, when the race was much closer than we anticipated.
With a Republican opponent already in the race, we are going to have to work fast to defend our ground in light blue Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties. Teddy Daniels held his kickoff event in Lackawanna and pledged to flip it red. If he succeeds, the whole district will flip red too.
