Friend,

<>Take Action for REAL Abortion Access <>

Today marks the 48th anniversary of Roe V. Wade, the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) ruling that protects a pregnant person's right to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction. But in the decades since this case was decided, anti-abortion lawmakers have found sneaky ways to cut off abortion access and deprive people of the right to do what’s best for their bodies and lives.

In 1976, anti-abortion extremists passed the Hyde Amendment, which bars the use of federal funds to pay for abortion. This cruel law disproportionately harms Black and Indigenous communities and people with low incomes who rely on Medicaid or other federal health insurance.

Join URGE now and demand that the Biden-Harris Administration end the Hyde Amendment! <[link removed]>

The Hyde Amendment has been written into law at the federal level every single year since 1976. By ending Hyde, we will enable hundreds of thousands of women, trans men, and nonbinary people to access abortion coverage.

This heinous targeting of low-income people seeking abortion needs to stop. Please, take action and demand REAL Abortion Access today. <[link removed]>

In Solidarity,
