Friend,

The school year is underway, and already our statewide plan to repair Rhode Island’s schools is benefiting thousands of students.

As a former public school teacher, I know that high-quality school buildings make it easier for teachers to teach and student to learn. All children and teachers deserve school buildings that are warm, safe, dry, and equipped for 21st century learning. 

Over the summer, I visited school construction projects across Rhode Island, from Lincoln to Jamestown, from Barrington to North Providence.

This is just the beginning. Thanks to your support, in the coming years, children all over Rhode Island will finally have the schools they deserve.
