The new President and Vice President are inheriting massive challenges. Yes, some challenges are a direct result of Donald Trump’s four years of bigotry and incompetence, but let’s be honest -- many have been decades in the making.

The Biden-Harris administration’s number one priority must be getting a handle on the pandemic, scaling up vaccine distribution quickly and equitably, and getting economic relief out the door. But we have a long list of other priorities to repair the harmful legacy of the last four years and the deep inequality the pandemic exposed.
