UPDATE: This afternoon seven Democratic senators requested a formal investigation into Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley's responsibility for the violent Jan 6 attack on the Capitol in which 5 people died.

In addition to looking into their exact involvement leading up to the riot, the complaint also alleges "By proceeding with their objections to the electors after the violent attack, Senators Cruz and Hawley lent legitimacy to the mob’s cause and made future violence more likely."

Sign the petition to EXPEL Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and every single one of the 145 other Republicans who voted to overturn our democratic election.

And, donate to our work pressing the Senate to convict Trump, and expel the Republican traitors.
