John, Demand Justice called on corporations, including Facebook, Google, Verizon and T-Mobile, to stop funding the Federalist Society after a senior official within the conservative legal organization propelled voter fraud claims at the rally preceding the Capitol Hill riots on January 6 and encouraged Vice President Mike Pence to help overturn the results of the election.
It is alarming that a senior official of a legal organization led the charge to overturn the results of a free and fair election and the organization stayed silent even after the violent insurrection that followed. Corporations who’ve supported the Federalist Society must stop all donations immediately.

The Federalist Society thought their silent acquiescence to attacks on our democracy would go under the radar. They were wrong.
We see how they enabled violent acts of sedition and threatened justice and democracy, and they must be held accountable.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had to take on the Federalist Society. You may remember when they helped normalize Brett Kavanaugh after he lied to the Senate about credible allegations of sexual assault. Now their attacks on truth and decency continue.
