John,
We could not be more thrilled that
President Biden and Vice President Harris have finally been sworn
in, but Connecticut Democrats' Inauguration Week celebration
continues!
Tonight at 6:30 p.m. ET, you're invited to join us for a panel

* Rebekah Harriman Stites, State Rep Candidate for the 106th
District
* Patricia Billie Miller, State Representative of the 145th

And starting this Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. ET, we're
partnering with the Copper Beech Institute to provide a weekly
self-care series focused on evidence-based mindfulness practice
and brave conversations about the new normal we have had to
create in our lives and communities.
Between the pandemic and this month's insurrection, there's a
lot going on, and it's possible for each of us to become
overwhelmed, burned out, and paralyzed. In these sessions we
will:
* Connect with our colleagues on a human level
* Experience evidence-based practices proven to reduce stress and
increase focus and clarity
* Explore habit change and set intentions for moving forward
Click here to register at the Copper Beech Institute website to
join us this Saturday, January 23rd at 9:00 a.m. ET, or any other
Saturday through February 13th!
