Eleven years ago today, Citizens United opened the floodgates for dark money to run rampant in Washington and control our politics by allowing unlimited, undisclosed, secret special interest money to infect our elections.

That’s eleven years too long.

I’m sick and tired of wealthy politicians working for their own bottom line, only caring about the influence a big check can buy. I’ve had enough of shadowy players pulling the strings, while the rest of us get left in the dust.

Political insiders and massive corporations that are used to getting their way in Washington won’t go down without a fight. They’ll spend BIG to stop our progress and keep their stranglehold on power.

Look, I’ve spent my career trying to get dark money out of our politics. That doesn’t make me too popular around here. But I know that this grassroots team is stronger than all the shady donors combined. So, I’m turning to you:
