Judicial Watch
Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Judicial Watch’s work is exploding in volume and growing in historic importance. In just the past few weeks, for example…

  • We forced the release of 210 pages of records from the State Department showing that in 2017 then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch warned of corruption allegations against Burisma Holdings. Yet in her 2019 testimony in the House impeachment proceedings against then-President Trump, she told lawmakers she knew little about Burisma…that she only learned of its connections to the Biden family through “press reports.” Ambassador Yovanovitch clearly knew more about Burisma than she testified to before Congress!
  • We forced the release of an additional 38 pages of records from State showing that a senior Obama State Department official said he was told by a senior Ukraine Prosecutor that he was offered “high-level” access to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign by the same Democratic lobbying firm that worked for Burisma Holdings. This “smoking gun” email ties Hunter Biden’s Burisma work to an influence-peddling operation involving theClinton presidential campaign…which the Deep State wanted to cover up!
  • We just sued seven federal agencies for records of former Obama administration officials requesting to “unmask” retired Lt. General Michael Flynn, then-President Trump’s first National Security Advisor. These “unmasking” requests show the Deep State’s total commitment to destroying Donald Trump’spresidency.

The need to police our elected and non-elected officials never ends…

Because the truth is that politicians in either party or secretive government bureaucrats cannot police themselves – it just does not work! That’s why no one is working harder than Judicial Watch to challenge Washington’s culture of corruption.

But we can do this essential work because… and only because…of the generous support we receive from patriotic Americans like you.

With your support, we can and are refusing to let corrupt politicians like Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton off the hook just because they won or lost an election.

Nor will we let Deep State officials within our federal agencies escape accountability for undermining our Constitution! When they refuse to comply with our nation’s open records laws or violate other statutes, we challenge them in the courts. And since Congress is completely untrustworthy in its oversight role, we will most certainly conduct more investigations and file more lawsuits in 2021.

Indeed, we have a lot of hard work ahead this year…

We are also leading the way challenging illegal state and local sanctuary policies that cripple immigration law enforcement…including our historic lawsuits challenging truly deadly sanctuary policies in San Francisco and Santa Clara County, California.

This work is critically important now as big changes are coming.

Joe Biden’s arrival in the White House and Trump’s departure is sending a powerful message to those seeking to enter the United States illegally…the door that was closed will soon be open!

But not if we have anything to say about it (and we do – plenty)!

Because Judicial Watch’s independent watchdog work leaves Congress

and the liberal Big Media in the dust…and we prove that every day!

But these battles are expensive…

…and we don’t have the deep pockets of the government to fund our independent investigations, litigation and public education…instead, we rely on you and other conservative Americans who share our commitment to upholding the rule of law.

That’s why I hope you will make your best contribution today to Judicial Watch. With your support our work can literally change the course of history

Yours truly,

Thomas Fitton
