We have to take the Senate back in 2020. It’s imperative, but it won’t be easy.

Here’s the bad news:

We have to hold a seat in at least one battleground state that Donald Trump won in 2016: Michigan. Republicans are going to pour a lot of money into Michigan to try to flip this Senate seat.

That’s a problem because if we want to pass any of the big ideas we’re hearing from our presidential candidates, we’re going to need a Democratic majority in the Senate.

But here’s the good news:

We have a strong incumbent in Michigan in Gary Peters, and you can do something to help make sure he wins.

With most of the focus on the presidential primary, it means raising money can be difficult for our Senate candidates. This is where you come in:

Will you split a $3 donation between Senator Peters and my campaign? There’s no path to the Senate majority without winning this race.

If we’re going to change our gun laws and save lives, then I need Gary Peters in the Senate with me.

Millions are going to be spent on this race in Michigan, but with your help, he’ll have what he needs to compete.
