For many, our nation has never felt more divided than right now. Social division, a novel virus, widespread censorship, government lockdowns, and a newly unified anti-Life federal government name only a few of the concerns that worry Pro-Life Texans.

How did we get here?

This Friday, January 22, marks a solemn and dark day in our nation’s history. Forty-eight years ago, the Supreme Court legalized abortion across the country. Roe v. Wade has ravaged the nation by mandating that all states allow the legal murder of preborn children.

Since then, 62,502,904 human lives have been destroyed by abortion. As we approach the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Americans would do well to stop and take a moment of remembrance and prayer for those precious lives.

Make no mistake: Abortion is the greatest evil facing our world today and the struggle to overturn Roe is the greatest one of our time.

But despair is not an option. Texas Right to Life has never been stronger or better situated to help Texans like you take the Pro-Life movement to new heights and to all facets of the culture war.

Even with a Biden administration, you can be emboldened to fight! Every recent major Pro-Life victory started at the state level, not from the corrupt swamp in Washington, D.C. States lead the Pro-Life movement. While Joe Biden pursues the far-left agenda, Texas can uphold the ideals of Life and liberty, the principles that built America.

The fact is plain and simple. America can end abortion if Texas leads the way. Texas can only end abortion with YOU! Throughout the years you served as an incredible ally of the most vulnerable Texans, but they need you more than ever now. We have a plan, but only you can make that plan a reality. Here’s the plan, the Texas Abolition Strategy.

The 87th Texas Legislature began January 12 and Texas Right to Life wants your voice to be heard at the frontline to protect Life. The Texas Abolition Strategy is a three-in-one Pro-Life omnibus bill, which combines three major Pro-Life policies (listed below) into one comprehensive plan to end elective abortion in Texas.

1) The Preborn NonDiscrimination Act (PreNDA): will abolish abortions committed for discriminatory reasons (such as race, gender, or disabilities) as well as all late abortions.

2) Heartbeat: abolishes elective abortions after the preborn child’s heartbeat is detectable.

3) Abolition: will abolish every remaining elective abortion in Texas.
