With the swearing in of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Jon Ossoff, Raphael Warnock, and Alex Padilla, Democrats officially have control of the Oval Office, House of Representatives, and, thanks to Kamala Harris's decisive vote, the Senate.

I worked really hard these past couple of years in the House to work across the aisle and pass important legislation that would impact the day-to-day lives of Americans. But, time and time again, staunch partisanship in the Senate blocked crucial bills from passing.

Two Democrats in Georgia just changed that. Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff just won major contests in Georgia that will split the Senate 50-50 and give Kamala Harris the tie-breaking vote. Those victories mean that we can actually begin to make progress on some of our most important and pressing issues, including the economy, coronavirus relief, health care, and the environment.

Will you join me in telling Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff congratulations for their major wins?

Thanks for showing your support!
