The last four years have been stressful and anxiety-filled, because every day Donald Trump and his administration halted the progress we were making as a country and attacked the countless communities that make our country great.

That was apparent two weeks ago when pro-Trump extremists attacked our own U.S. Capitol building to support Republican officials - including current and former Republican Attorneys General - in an attempt to overturn the results of 2020's free and fair election.

The last four years have been tough, but supporters like you have proven that when we speak up, change can happen.

Your voices and engagement are the reason why, just hours ago, Joe Biden was inaugurated as President of the United States and former Democratic AG and U.S. Senator Kamala Harris was inaugurated as the first woman, Black, and Asian Vice President of the United States.

We are so proud of Vice President Harris's historic achievements and we can't wait to see her continued good work on behalf of the American people.
