Today, as we joyously watched President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris be sworn in, we were awash with tremendous relief and anticipation for what’s to come.

As monumental as today is, for President Biden to govern successfully and to ensure we hold those accountable who aided and abetted Trump’s corrupt and dangerous policies, we need to elect progressive leaders at every level of government. Just think about how different today feels knowing Democrats control the House and the Senate -- the president cannot do this alone, and it’s crucial we don’t let up now.

This is where you come in. 

The early admission deadline is January 31, and the regular deadline is February 12. 

To win elections we must equip campaigns with trained staff who reflect the communities we need to organize.

At Arena Academy, we’ll teach you the fundamentals for campaign work like management best practices and training to combat implicit bias. You’ll also learn the specifics of the role you’re interested in, like how to raise money, plan a campaign budget, or use data to target the right voters. 

Our programs don't stop there. After the Academy, you gain access to our job placement support. We’ve placed Academy graduates on nearly 500 active campaigns and at progressive organizations.
