That's from a New York Times op-ed reflecting on the violence we saw in the Capitol on January 6. We can't assume that the factors that led to the insurrection will be put to bed now that Trump has left office.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris taking office represents a clean slate and a relief for many. We wish we could kick our feet up and relax knowing that Trump is gone for good -- but the past few weeks have shown that our work isn't over just yet.
