Dear?John,

The Mayor of London has given Sutton less money than any other borough.

That is quite simply outrageous.

Figures show that just ?16 million of the Mayor's capital funding has been allocated to Sutton.

Bromley, on the other hand, got ?43 million, Croydon got ?194 million and Merton got ?437 million.

But that is nothing compared to what Newham received -- a whopping ?2.12 billion!

We cannot stand by while the Mayor leaves Sutton behind.

So I have sent him a letter, signed also by Cllr Ruth Dombey -- the Leader of Sutton Council -- and London Assembly Member Caroline Pidgeon, to express Sutton's outrage.

Can you help us spread the word on social media, John?

I love our area, and with fairer funding from the Mayor and central government, we really can make it an even better place to live, work and raise a family.
