This is an exciting new day for our country. With President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in the White House, we’re now in a stronger position to enact real and meaningful change in the lives of Maryland families and American families all over the country.

With Democrats controlling the White House, Senate, and House of Representatives, we can deliver further COVID-19 relief to families and frontline workers in the midst of this pandemic and build a comprehensive plan to get the pandemic under control.

We can take serious climate action to preserve our environment and our planet for future generations and reverse the damage done by the Trump Administration.

And we can protect access to affordable health care for the hundreds of thousands of Marylanders and tens of millions of Americans depending on it.
