We take a huge step forward toward rebuilding -- to building back better. 

Today we’ll hit the ground running to deliver on an American rescue plan because
too many Americans still need help while this COVID pandemic rages on.

The plan laid out by the Biden-Harris administration would deliver over $50
billion to New York, and it'll help families, small businesses, vaccine
distribution, state and local services, and more

We need to pass a plan with this framework and expand it to provide direct
relief to restaurants, public transportation, and more -- but this is just the
start of our big, bold progressive agenda.

It’ll take all of us working together to make change, and that’s why I’m
