We've got some exciting news: We're looking for two passionate environmentalists to join our growing team here at Maine Conservation Voters!

We'd love your help to find new team members who share our vision for tackling climate change, safeguarding our air, land, and water, and nurturing economic opportunities afforded by clean energy and good environmental stewardship.

MCV and our sister organization Maine Conservation Alliance are hiring a full-time Civic Engagement Manager and a Membership and Digital Engagement Manager to join us in our offices in Augusta.

Our new Civic Engagement Manager will work with partner organizations to pass policies and build programs that remove barriers to civic engagement in Maine, engage our current members and deepen relationships with communities across Maine, and work on program development and implementation, dealing with climate action, electoral and accountability work, coalition engagement, and events.

The Membership and Digital Engagement Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing digital strategy, managing list growth efforts, crafting compelling content, managing MCV's membership fundraising, and much more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with digital strategy experience who wants to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that promotes environmental policies and wins important elections.
