The minimum
wage hasn’t been raised in over a decade.

But, we are about to enter a new administration full of possibilities. To
be able to get to work, we checked in with our supporters — and you made
it clear that one of our top priorities in 2021 will be winning a $15
minimum wage.

Middle class families have been struggling due to stagnating or decreasing
incomes — coupled with increasing costs of living — which is why Ro is
still fighting with Bernie Sanders for a $15 minimum wage. To grow the
economy in a way that's fair to the middle class, we need to raise the
minimum wage.



If we are going to finally raise the federal minimum wage, we need to show
an outpouring of public support to help get this legislation across the

Through this pandemic, essential workers have put their lives on the line
to keep others safe and cared for. Yet, too many of those workers are
receiving as little as $7.25 an hour with little to no health or safety
measures.

A higher minimum wage tied to inflation is essential for growing the
middle class and for America’s economic prosperity — and this is the year
we finally have the power to make that a reality.
