It’s about building on the progress that Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team have been making for Canadians since 2015, so that everyone has a real and fair chance at success.

It’s about moving forward with our plan to invest in the middle class, grow our economy, and protect a clean environment – because together, there’s still much more to do.

We’ll enhance the First-Time Home Buyers incentive and invest in new affordable housing, because every Canadian deserves a safe and affordable place to call home. We’ll cut taxes for the middle class – again – after one of our first actions in government in 2015 was to cut taxes for 9 million middle class Canadians. We will create 250,000 new and affordable before- and after-school care spaces so parents don’t have to choose between child care and making ends meet. And we’ll increase Old Age Security by an extra 10% once a senior turns 75, to help make sure Canadians have enough money to enjoy their retirement.

And as millions of people around the globe take to the streets to demand action to fight the climate crisis, Liberals understand that choosing forward is about taking climate action now – with real action to protect a clean and healthy environment for our kids and grandkids.

Above all, choosing forward is about investing in Canadians and building a better future.


This October, the choice is clear: keep moving forward and build on the progress we’ve made, or go back to the politics of the Harper years.
