John,
Building a stronger America, block by block, begins with investing in small businesses. When we support local entrepreneurs and give them the resources they need to get started, everyone in their community benefits from their success. Jobs are created, industry innovations are developed, and the economy gets a much-needed boost.
When President Obama signed the Small Business Jobs Act into law nine years ago, it was clear he shared my commitment to investing in people and their dreams. And I've been incredibly proud to build on this legacy as Vice-Chair of the Small Business Committee in Congress.
But I've still got a lot more work to do, and I need your support to continue making it easier for everyday people to achieve their dream of starting a business, building stronger neighborhoods for their families and neighbors in the process.

My fight to proactively develop small businesses never stops. Every day I'm thinking about ways to help small businesses start and grow, so communities throughout Philadelphia can benefit.
Thanks again for your continued support as I make sure the federal government is working for our local neighborhoods.
