BREAKING: Mitch McConnell just admitted on the Senate floor that Trump
incited the violent Jan 6 attack on Congress that left 5 people dead --
and he went even further.

Speaking on the Senate floor moments ago, McConnell stated, "The mob was
fed lies. They were provoked by the president and other powerful people."
The New York Times reported earlier that McConnell might vote to convict
Trump.

Two actions must happen next to hold Trump and the "other powerful people"
accountable.

 1. [ [link removed] ]Sign the petition to the Senate: CONVICT Trump on the charge of
Incitement of Insurrection and disqualify him from ever holding
federal office again.
 2. [ [link removed] ]Sign the petition to Congress: Expel Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and
every one of the other Republican Traitors who voted to overturn the
results of our democratic election.

[ [link removed] ]Donate to our work building pressure in Congress to ensure that there
is accountability for the attacks on our democracy -- not only for those
who took part physically, but for those in power who provoked and incited
them. As AOC says, "There can be no unity without accountability."
