Take a deep breath: Tonight is the eve of the Inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th president and Kamala Harris as a history-making vice president of the United States. As we get ready to celebrate, it’s time for us to gather virtually to energize our progressive community for advocacy work under a Democratic administration.
Join us tonight at 6 PM ET / 3 PM PT for a virtual gathering co-hosted by People For President Ben Jealous, Center for Popular Democracy Network President and Co-Executive Director Jennifer Epps-Addison, and Busboys and Poets Founder Andy Shallal: “Reflections on Politics, Race and Culture: Where We Are & Where We’re Going.”
This digital conversation aims to inspire artists, activists, and progressives to strengthen our democracy and discuss how we will move forward with our activism during the new administration.
