Friend,

 

Dr. King challenged America to fully live up to its values. 

 

He maintained an unshakeable faith in this country and its people: that we could rise above hate to form a "beloved community" rooted in equality and justice for all.

 



 

The resilience of Dr. King’s dream inspires me. Throughout his fight, he believed in our country and our ability to come together.

 

In the midst of so much conflict over the future of America, we must carry Dr. King's legacy forward -- inspired by his words and actions.

 

We must continue to let his dream be our guide.
